Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the lures Sammy's Baits sells, Sammy's Baits does not accept returns, except in the case of defect or wrong bait received. All packages are shipped with a minimum of $100 insurance and it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the USPS (not our choice, just the way USPS wants us to do it). In the even of a lost, stolen or damaged package, Sammy's is here to provide assistance to insure the insurance claim is as hassle free as possible.
I would like to note-with more than 1,500 baits sold and shipped last year only one bait was received damaged and Sammy's promptly replaced it, and the customer didn't even have to go through the insurance claim process. Also of note, out of more than 1,500 baits sold and shipped last year, every single one was delivered to the customer on time!
