When will my item be shipped?

Your item(s) will be shipped within 5 days of payment received. Please note that shipping times will vary depending on where you live. It also depends on which carrier is delivering the item(s). As everyone knows, USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS are doing their best to deliver items in a timely manner, but sometimes they get delayed. I have no control over this so please be patient.

Is my payment information secure?

All of your information is secure. Yes, Shop Pay is safe. Customer payment details are encrypted and stored on Shopify's PCI-compliant servers, and only shared with a business if an order is placed. Payment card industry, or PCI, compliance is a group of card transaction security protocols and practices devised by American Express, Discover, JCB International, Mastercard and Visa. 

Shop Pay is designed with a focus on safety. It employs robust security measures, including encryption and tokenization, to protect user information and transactions. Compliance with industry standards, such as PCI-DSS, further ensures the platform’s safety.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of the lures Sammy's Baits sells, Sammy's Baits does not accept returns, except in the case of defect or wrong bait received. All packages are shipped with a minimum of $100 insurance and it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the USPS (not our choice, just the way USPS wants us to do it). In the even of a lost, stolen or damaged package, Sammy's is here to provide assistance to insure the insurance claim is as hassle free as possible.

I would like to note-with more than 1,500 baits sold and shipped last year only one bait was received damaged and Sammy's promptly replaced it, and the customer didn't even have to go through the insurance claim process. Also of note, out of more than 1,500 baits sold and shipped last year, every single one was delivered to the customer on time!
